🔁 Return & Refund Policy

At Kyshoo, we want you to love what you wear. If something doesn’t fit or feel right, we’re here to help with easy exchanges and refunds — as long as your item is unused and your request is made within 7 days of delivery.


🔄 Exchanges

We accept product exchanges for reasons such as:

  • Size doesn’t fit

  • Ordered the wrong style

  • Any other reasonable concern

To request an exchange:

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp (+94 77 176 6164) or email (hello@kyshoo.lk) within 7 days

  2. Send a live photo or video of the item so we can confirm it is unused

  3. Once our sales team approves, we’ll prepare your new order

  4. During delivery, simply hand over the original item to the courier and receive the new one

⚠️ Exchange-related delivery fees may apply depending on the product and location.
✅ If the issue is on our side, your exchange will be processed completely free.


💰 Refunds

If you'd prefer a refund instead of an exchange, we've got you covered.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Let us know within 7 days of receiving the product

  2. Send the product back to our store

  3. After inspection and confirmation that the item is unused and undamaged, we’ll process your refund

  4. Refunds are issued via bank transfer within 48 hours of approval

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Product must be unused, in original condition

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item

  • Product must include original tags or packaging (if applicable)
